<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging method capable of realizing a small amount of charging and quantitative charging in a real time on a pay home page. SOLUTION: A sum decided by a user is prepaid in a near convenience store or financial institute with an integral prepayment sheet. The prepaid money information is reported to an information center where a server for integrally managing this is set, and the information center responds to an inquiry for the prepayment information from a pay home page. The pay home page inquires for the prepayment information of each user to the information center according to the desire of access from the user. The information center specifies the user, and confirms the balance of the prepaid money in response to the inquiry. At inquiring for the will of the user to use the pay home page, and confirming the user's will according to the input of a password, the information center executes charging, and notifies the pay home page of the permission of the access. The pay home page permits the user to use the pay home page when the permission of the access is announced from the information center.</p> |
