PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely pour fluid as a balance weight to a fluid pocket for correcting balance. SOLUTION: The fluid is injected into a first introducing passage 1271 by a nozzle 124 (A). The fluid entered into an unspecified position along peripheral direction in the first introducing passage 1271 relatively rotates with respect to a balance unit 130 by centrifugal force and inertial force. When the fluid reaches a first fluid pocket 1302, the fluid is poured into a first fluid pocket 1302 through a tunnel 1341 by the centrifugal force, and is kept there.
