发明名称 METHOD FOR ASSEMBLING UPPER ARM OF PALLETIZING ROBOT
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for assembling an upper arm of a palletizing robot is provided to improve an assembling work reducing assembling time by forming a pin hole in a V-frame and a center link. CONSTITUTION: A cable passing space is formed at a center of a center link(3). A cable inlet hole is formed at a lower surface of a V-frame(2). A cable outlet hole is formed at an upper portion of an H-frame(1). In order to improve an assembling work for H-frame(1), V-frame(2) and center link(3), a pin hole(5) is formed in the V-frame(2) and center link(3). The pin hole(5) has a tolerance of 0.05mm and is formed at upper and rear portions of the H-frame shaft(7). The center link(3) is positioned such that center lines of the V-frame(2) and the center link(3) match with each other.
