PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently allocate Walsh codes in any order by controlling the order of allocation of the Walsh codes in a communication system for using Walsh codes mixed in different orders. SOLUTION: The allocation apparatus of Walsh codes comprises an allocation order information retention means 33A for retaining allocation order information for setting the allocation order of the Walsh codes, in the order for preventing successive orthogonal separation as the number of degrees decreases, and at the same time, a Walsh code allocation control means 33B which includes a search means 331 for searching for a vacant code in the allocated requested order, in accordance with the allocation order; and a Walsh code allocation means 332 for allocating the vacant code obtained by the search means 331 as the diffusion code of a communication channel, where the allocation request is generated in allocation order information being retained at the allocation order information retaining means 33A. |
