PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the estimation of recovery quantity so that the reuse and recycle of waste electric communication products can be designedly performed and improve the working efficiency of treatment process. SOLUTION: An electric communication product 10 transmits product information to a server 20 through a communication network 30 automatically or according to a user's instruction. The server 20 comprises a means 201 for receiving the product information transmitted by the electric communication product 10, a means 202 for distributing the product information by models, and transmitting the information by models to a database 40 for operating states by models, means 203 and 204 for performing the estimation of recovery quantity and calculation of treatment cost of each model from the data accumulated in each database 40, 50, 60, and a means for transmitting the recovery cost information to a communication device 70. Accordingly, grasping of estimated recovery quantity and integration and adjustment of recovering period for electric communication products to be disposed can be performed, and a planned treatment and improvement in treatment efficiency can be attained. |
