PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shared vehicle utilization system capable of reducing vehicle reallocation work without reducing a vehicle operation rate in a vehicle rental system mixing 'reserved riding' and 'direct riding'. SOLUTION: When a user A3 accesses a control room 1 from a portable terminal 4, a reservation registeration means 101 in the control room 1 allows the user A3 to input a reservation condition. The means 101 calculates the number of parked vehicles in each port based on the inputted reservation condition, and when a port where vehicles more than the vehicles being parked at present can't be parked is generated, a reservation deciding means 102 suspends the reservation of a vehicle using the port as an arrival port. The suspended reservation is waited as a waiting reservation by a reservation waiting setting means 103, and when there is a space for parking the shared vehicle 2 in the port, a waiting reservation allocation means 104 executes vehicle allocation based on the waiting reservation and transmits a reservation completion message to the user A3. |
