SOLUTION: An individual piece of data is accumulated for every classification by receiving the individual piece of data forming a separate piece of data relating to various problems in a society, politics, an everyday life and the like. On the other hand, if the number of pieces of data individually accumulated for every classification reaches a prescribed number determined in advance, a part or all of the individual piece of data is outputted. |
