PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve visibility and readability of a road construction sign plate constructed by fixing a display board of a laminated retroreflective sheet carrying printed display contents to a steel frame main body by means of a screw and the like and installed on the front road side of a road construction field for use by illuminating the whole of the sign plate by means of a lighting lamp since a certain road condition makes the construction field hardly visible or prevents light of a headlight from reaching the construction field while background light such as light of road illuminating lamp or illumination of a building, an advertisement, a signboard, and the like in an urban area reduces visibility and readability of the sign plate. SOLUTION: This panel light constructed of a lighting tube using a light emitting diode LED using a convenient and inexpensive dry battery as a power source is installed to an upper frame of the road construction sign plate for irradiating the whole surface of the sign plate. In this way, visibility and readability of the road construction sign plate can be improved. |
