PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a driver from having an uncomfortable feeling when the power of a battery is restored. SOLUTION: This control device has a battery 43, a battery condition detecting means for detecting the condition of the battery,a current position detecting means for detecting a current position, a road condition information obtaining means 91 for obtaining information on a road condition, a slow acceleration determining means 92 for determining, on the basis of the information on the road condition, whether or not a hybrid vehicle is in a slowly accelerating state, a required battery output computing means 93 for computing a required battery output on the basis of the battery condition, and a required battery output correcting means 94 for correcting the required battery output. Maintaining of engine in high rotational speed state is suppressed, when the power of the battery 43 is restored, if the hybrid vehicle is in the state of slow acceleration. |
