PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the tactile presentation to an operator under the environment of an imaginary space by fitting a lightweight and wearable device to a wrist or the like of the operator. SOLUTION: A tactile presenting means having a holding part, a supporting point part and a variable length connection part under the environment for expressing the imaginary space is fitted to the operator, and the tactility is given to the operator according to an imaginary tactile reception object in the imaginary space and/or the state of the imaginary object.
