PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a derivative of lucigenin having permeability to a biomembrane. SOLUTION: The compound is represented by formula (1) [wherein, R<1> and R<2> mean each independently a 1-12C alkyl group, a 2-6C alkenyl group, benzyl group, an aryl group or a halogenated aryl group; R<3> , R<4> , R<5> and R<6> mean each independently hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a 1-10C alkyl group, a 1-10C alkoxy group, an aryl group or an aryloxy group; and Q means formula (2) or formula (3) (wherein, R<7> means a 1-6C alkyl group)]. The chemiluminescent reagent comprises the compound. A kit for measuring active oxygen comprises the compound. The method for producing the compound is provided.
