PURPOSE: A memory share system about a lot of a CPU is provided to make plural CPUs share one memory for executing the plural CPUs with one memory so that an access area can be split at the memory corresponding to each CPU, and program execution codes or data of each CPU can be independently allocated at the memory. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a memory(100), and address decoders(200, 300). The memory(100) includes a shared access area and independent access areas. The shared area can be accessed by plural CPUs(10, 20), and the independent access areas can be accessed by only a corresponding CPU. The address decoders(200, 300) can split the memory(100) into access areas for each CPU. For example, the memory(100) can be split into an address range of 0x0000 to 0x7FFF for an independent access area of a CPU A(10), an address range of 0x8000 to 0xEFFF for an independent access area of a CPU B(20) and an address range of 0xF000 to 0xFFFF for a shared access area.
