PURPOSE: Provided are a kit for diagnosing non-pregnancy by analyzing the concentration of progesterone, and a method for diagnosing non-pregnancy using the same with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION: The kit for diagnosing non-pregnancy characteristically comprises the parts of: an analysis strip which is multi-porous thin paper, and of which one end is coated with progesterone-BSA conjugate and the other end is fixed with IgG; and an anti-progesterone IgG-gold conjugate.
