<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device for testing wiring defects in a panel, capable of detecting a disconnection and a short circuit of wiring when applying a signal, by connecting data lines or gate lines or a common line in the panel with each pad through wiring of a zigzag form arranged outside of the panel. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device for testing the wiring defects in the panel comprises a TFT array part in which a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines are arranged in a matrix form and TFT transistors are arranged at the crossing parts of the gate lines and the data lines, data pad parts which are connected with a plurality of the data lines in common and receive a signal for driving the data lines, and a data line defect detection wiring part which is connected across the data pad part and the data lines, respectively, and detects a disconnection and a short of each data line.</p> |
