PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the production efficiency by simplifying a manufacturing step, and easily manufacturing a frame with a guide. SOLUTION: A shape steel 10 is pressed to form a frame 12 of substantially U-shaped section having a long groove 16. On the other hand, a guide rail 14 is quenched and an outer surface of the guide rail 14 is ground. Then, the quenched guide rail 14 is integrally coupled with the long groove 16 of the frame 12, and a ball roller groove 18 is formed in the guide rail 14 to complete a frame 20 with a guide. |
