PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic bulletin board system for a multiple dwelling house, prepared in consideration of use for advertisement. SOLUTION: A server 10 is connected to an Internet, and manages a group of electronic bulletin boards for every multiple dwelling house, for plural multiple dwelling houses. A communication bulletin board writable only by a manager, a general bulletin board writable by the manager and dwellers, and an advertisement bulletin board writable by an advertiser are included in the group of the bulletin boards. The advertisement bulletin board is writable within a predetermined restriction, and is provided by being classified by kinds of advertisers when reading.
