PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a sub-lock capable of making the sub-lock inconspicuous when a Japanese sliding door is opened, while minimizing processing labor on the Japanese sliding door side by mounting the sub-lock. SOLUTION: A sub-lock case 2 is mounted inside of a bottom rail 21 of the Japanese sliding door 20, a locking member 3 stored in the sub-lock case 2 is made capable of being movably operated along the horizontal direction by an operating section 4 provided to an indoor surface side of the bottom rail 21, at the same time, a lock piece 3a of the locking member 3 is projected to the outside from the lower surface of the bottom rail 21, and it is detachble to a locking buffer member 5 mounted to a sill 22, with the movable operation in the horizontal direction.
