ALUMINUM RADIATOR

摘要

PURPOSE: An aluminum radiator is provided to improve cooling efficiency by increasing flowing amount of coolant. CONSTITUTION: When a width of a radiator tube(31) is 10-20mm, H/T is equal to or larger than 1.5 and equal to or smaller than 2.5 and the H is equal to or smaller than 41mm where the T is an inner width of the tube and the H is an inner height of tank(22). Decrease of pressure on water side and deformation of a tank assembly(20) are minimized, reliability and durability of a product is improved thereby. Manufacturing cost is reduced as size of the aluminum assembly is optimized.
