PURPOSE: A health certification server and a health management system are provided to receive and store exercise data of a user from exercise equipments or physical strength measurement systems installed at a physical therapy room or a health club, and to enable a doctor to diagnose or treat the user based on the stored exercise data. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a health certification server(100), a terminal of a doctor or a consultant(400), fitness houses(200, 300), a home exercise equipment(510), a mobile phone(520), and a step counter(530). The health certification server(100) stores a physical body condition, a physical strength state or disease data on a subscribed member, updates the stored data and offers a proper exercise program. The terminal of a doctor or a consultant(400) enables a doctor or a health consultant to diagnose the member and to modify an exercise program for the member. The fitness houses(200, 300) install exercise equipments or physical strength measurement systems, and a central computer(210). The central computer(210) connects to the exercise equipments or the physical strength measurement systems via a LAN, and connects to the health certification server(100) over the internet. The health certification server(100) connects to the home exercise equipment(510), the mobile phone(520), and the step counter(530) over the internet.
