PURPOSE: A shower head is provided to allow a user to easily adjust an amount and a strength of water injected from the shower head by adjusting a pushing degree of a guide hose. CONSTITUTION: The shower head comprises an injection member(100) formed with a plurality of water spout holes(101); a first member(110) connected to a hose of a shower device and having an inner inclined portion(111); a guide hose(140) fixed to the end of the first member for guiding water from the shower hose to the injection member; a second member(120) coupled to the upper side of the first member and formed with a guide hole(121); and a water amount control device(130) having a moving member(131), and a roller(132), the moving member being formed with a top protrusion to be extended into the guide hole of the second member and a bottom fixing boss(131b), and the roller being rotatably fixed to the fixing boss for pushing the guide hose.
