<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To distinguish a received control information code set as to whether it is a pseudo control information set or a control information code set from a transmission node. SOLUTION: A transmitter side adopts an inspection pattern generating method, which receives M-sets of inspection patterns N-M, N-M+1,..., N-1 (N is M+1 or more) and generates an inspection pattern N, generates an inspection pattern I using inspection patterns 1, 2,..., M for initial values, configures control information I with control data I and the inspection pattern I, and transmits control information code set I obtained by coding the control information I to a receiver side. The receiver side decodes the received control information code set J (J=1, 2, etc.), into the control information J, separates the information J into control data J and an inspection pattern J, adopts the inspection pattern generating method to generate reference patterns J-P, J-P+1,..., J by using inspection patterns J-P-M, J-P-M+1,..., J-P-1 for initial values when J is (P+M) or over (P is an integer of 0 or over), and conducts control information reception processing according to a difference between the reference patterns and the inspection patterns J-P, J-P+1,..., J.</p> |
