PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile telephone system that transmits ringer melody and image data instructed by a caller mobile telephone to other telephone of a channel connection destination and allows the other mobile telephone to use them of its own ringer melody. SOLUTION: The mobile telephone system is configured with mobile telephones U1, U2, a database DB that stores data including image and voice data in cross-reference with telephone numbers of the mobile telephones, a server HT that controls the data in the database DB, and base stations A, B, C that transmit/receive the data to/from the mobile telephones resident in the coverage of the base stations, and the server HT transmits the data corresponding to the telephone number D1 of the mobile telephone U1 stored in the database DB to the mobile telephone U2 being a line connection destination of the mobile telephone U1 according to the instruction of the mobile telephone U1.
