PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide facsimile equipment in which handling time for calculating transmission time is saved. SOLUTION: When a timer transmission key 7g is pressed down, a timer transmission reservation display image appears. The telephone number of the opposite party is inputted with ten keys 7a here, and a timer value is subsequently set with the up key 7d or down key 7e of a cursor in order to set what time to transmit original data from now on. A set value is increased/reduced, for example, by one hour or 30 minutes at a time. After setting is finished, set contents are registered in a transmission reservation list, the original is also read and stored in an image memory. When the transmission time arrives, transmission source display data are attached to the original data read from the image memory and the original data with the transmission source display data attached are transmitted by facsimile.
