PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the measuring precision of an ultrasonic flow meter for measuring the flow rate in a pipe body for measurement by transmitting/ receiving ultrasonic waves. SOLUTION: The flow meter has the pipe body 2 for measurement through which a fluid flows and measuring parts 3 mounted in the pipe body 2 at an interval in the longitudinal direction. In addition, closely attached tubes 4 with elasticity are attached to attaching recesses formed in the circumferential direction of the pipe body, and the inner surfaces of the tubes 4 are closely attached to the outer surface of the pipe body 2. Further, a vibrator 5 is mounted on the outer surface of each closely attached tube 4, and the vibrator 5 is pressed against the closely attached tube 4 by holder tubes 6. The holder tube 6 covers the outer peripheral parts of the vibrator and is heat-contracted to press the vibrator 5. In addition, a closely attached tube with projecting wall parts on both sides is formed, and a vibrator fixing member is attached to each projecting wall part to further press the vibrator.
