PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring mechanism capable of achieving a predetermined pressing load in a wide range regarding a pressing stroke amount and thereby achieving stable noise reduction efficiency in a friction gear device. SOLUTION: A dish spring 6a exhibiting a high non-linear property having a range wherein a spring constant is minus, and a dish spring 6b exhibiting a relatively linear property are combined to be used as an elastic member. A deflection amount of each dish spring is adjusted so that the dish spring 6b starts to deflect when the spring constant of the dish spring 6a is minus, in other words when the load is reduced in accordance with increase of the pressing stroke amount.
