PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supplying device, a supplying method, and a supplying device of a recording medium capable of loading many recording mediums and certainly supplying them. SOLUTION: Supplying rollers 142 for supplying a loading member 112 for loading the recording medium and the recording medium are overlapped vertically. The supplying rollers rotate to lift up or down the loading member, thereby supplying the recording medium loaded on the loading member. The recording medium and the supplying rollers are separated from each other in a setting state of the loading member receiving the recording medium, the supplying rollers rotate to firstly raise the loading member, and the supplying rollers supply the recording medium, so that even many recording mediums can be certainly supplied.
