METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CASE OF CELLULAR PHONE

PURPOSE: A cellular phone case manufacturing method is provided to improve the reliability of a cellular phone and to protect a user from an electromagnetic wave by absorbing the electromagnetic wave using ferrite powder. CONSTITUTION: Ferrite powder is mixed with plastic resin in a predetermined ratio(S100). Then, the mixture is heated in a furnace in the temperature below 200°C (S200). If the temperature of the furnace exceeds 200°C, electromagnetic wave is not effectively absorbed. After that, heat is applied to the mixture in order to form fluid plastic(S300). Next, fluid plastic is subject to an injection molding process(S400). When mixing ferrite powder with plastic resin, 50 weight percent of ferrite powder is mixed with 50 weight percent of plastic resin.
