PURPOSE: A fixing electrode for use in a condenser mike and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the number of components, the number of assembling parts and defective proportion by incorporating a back plate with a ring. CONSTITUTION: A fixing electrode for use in a condenser mike includes a plate placed on and below a polarizing film, a polarizing film(2) placed below a spacer and installed on a circuit plate for preparing a space to receive a number of components. The fixing electrode is manufactured by incorporating the back plate made by coating the polarizing film(2) and a ring.
