PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing an electronic sensor case are provided to automatically manufacture certain sized cases by automating all processes except that feeding of raw materials and supplying of formed products into a hopper are performed by an operator. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing an electronic sensor case comprises first step of cutting an original plate by operating an one stage press and then first forming the original plate in a "U" shape using a two stage press; second step of injecting the first formed articles into a hopper of a second forming machine; third step of injecting the articles into a supply unit after aligning the articles injected into the hopper in a certain direction; fourth step of feeding the articles injected into the supply unit to a forming unit through a feeder; fifth step of second forming the articles as they are being inserted into dies by pressing the articles in the feeder using a pressing rod; sixth step of third forming the articles by feeding the second formed articles through a feeder; seventh step of fourth forming the articles again by feeding the third formed articles through a feeder, thereby completing articles; eighth step of injecting the completed articles into a hopper for a cutter; ninth step of transferring the articles injected into the hopper to a supply part in a certain direction; tenth step of supplying the articles from the supply part to a support rod installed at the body of revolution using air; eleventh step of transferring the articles to a region where cutting blades are formed by rotating the article inserted body of revolution in multistage; twelfth step of cutting an end part of the articles by approaching the cutting blades to the articles inserted into the body of revolution; thirteenth step of transferring articles which are cut from the end of the articles to a separation part by rotating the body of revolution; and fourteenth step of transferring the articles reached to the separation part to a separate collection can using air.
