PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scramble control method applicable to satellite broadcasting or the like that enhances a transmission efficiency of individual contract information so as to reduce the possibility of missing the individual contract information. SOLUTION: The scramble control method has two kinds of information items comprising long individual contract information 1 including both a contract contents 13 and a term of validity 16 and short individual contract information 2 including only the term of validity 16. When only the validated data is extended while keeping the contract contents the same, the individual contract information 2 is transmitted. Since may pieces of individual contract information are packed to transport packets with a fixed length and transmitted, the transmission efficiency of the individual contract information can be enhanced. |
