PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network merchandise selling system capable of providing bi- directional and multi-lateral merchandise information suitable for the personal needs of customers, and integrating merchandise selling and sales staff training education. SOLUTION: This network merchandise selling system in which merchandise information is provided through the Internet to customers, and the customers are allowed to apply for the purchase of the merchandise, is provided with a merchandise information mailing list M1 in which customers and sales staffs are registered so that information related with the merchandise or the selling of the merchandise can be transferred through electronic mails among the registered persons. When a new customer applies for his or her registration in the merchandise information mailing list M1 by using an application home page H when this is announced through introduction by either the sales staff or the customer who has already purchased the merchandise, the new customer is registered in the merchandise information mailing list M1, and when the customer applies for the merchandise purchase by using a purchase home page S, the sales staff in charge is specified based on the merchandise order reception information, and the merchandise order reception electronic mail is distributed to the sales staff in charge. |
