PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform the intermediary of transaction while accurately informing a market participant of the change of the market in a call market or the like. SOLUTION: A transaction intermediary server provides a main window 200 to each dealer terminal. The contents of the order of market transaction and the order of the direct transaction are displayed in a real time on a hot quartz(HQ) window 300 in the main window 200. The contracted agreement contents are displayed in a real time on a contract history window 600, and the dealers of each bank are able to input the order of the market transaction and the order of the direct transaction from the main window 200. The transaction intermediary server matches the orders inputted from a plurality of banks with each other, so that agreement between the matched orders can be contracted. The transaction intermediary server updates the display of all the related main windows 200 in a real time according to the input of a new order or the agreement of new contract.
