PURPOSE: An end effector for harvesting of fruits and vegetables is provided to be widely used to all kinds of fruits and vegetables, and to minimize the damage of the fruits and vegetables during the harvesting of them. CONSTITUTION: The end effector for harvesting of fruits and vegetables comprises a lifting device(10); a moving body(20) having a rear plate coupled to the lifting device so as to be raised or lowered according to the operation of the lifting device, an upper plate coupled to the upper end of the rear plate, and a side plate coupled to the side end of the rear plate; a cutting device(30) installed to the upper plate of the moving body; a receiving device(50) installed to the side plate of the moving body; and a guide device(60) for automatically moving the receiving device.
