SOLUTION: In a connection part between a wide-flange shape steel main beam 3 and a concrete pier part 2, cover plates 12 wider than the flange width are individually connected to upper and lower flanges 10 and 11 of the main beam 3. In the cover plates 12, the deflection preventing perforated steel plates 13 standing in areas extended beyond the flange width and extending longitudinally are arranged in eight lines. When the perforated steel plates 13 are buried in the pier part 2 raised to the main body 3, the main beam 3 and the pier part 2 are directly connected together integrally.
