PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply an additive to improve wetting property of an electrolytic solution for an electrode separating film. SOLUTION: This is an electrolyte composition containing a perfluoro- polyether additive as shown in Formula (1). In the formula, d, e and f are integers, a, b and c are zero or integers, a+b+c+d+e+f is a value of a number average molecular weight in the range from 500 to 5×10<5> , preferably from 1,000 to 50,000, T is the terminal group selected from -CF2 X (X=F, CF3 , Cl),-C3 F7 , CF(CF3 )COO-(1/n)M<n+> , -CF2 COO-(1/n)M<n+> , and -CF2 C(O(1/n)M<n+> )2 CF3 , and M<n+> is a cation having a valence from n=1 to 4 selected from metal cations of group IIIA such as Li<+> , Na<+> , K<+> , Cs<+> , Mg<2+> , Ca<2+> , Sr<2+> , Ba<2+> , and Al<3+> , transition metal cations such as Fe<2+> , Fe<3+> , Zn<2+> , Ti<4+> and cations Cu<2+> , NR4 <+> , and NR3 <+> cation (wherein R is selected from H, a straight chain or branched lower alkyl of C1 to C4 when possible). |
