PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device and an information processing device permitting to reduce the size and weight by downsizing the area of a picture frame part. SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal display device having a liquid crystal display panel PNL wherein 1st and 2nd insulating substrates are superimposed with a predetermined gap in-between so that the surfaces provided respectively with a transparent pixel electrodes and an oriented film are faced to each other; both substrates are stuck together with a sealing material provided in a frame form in the rim part between both substrates and also a liquid crystal is sealed inside of the sealing material between both substrates; and each terminal of a plurality of scanning signal lines and video signal lines formed on the counter surface of the 1st insulating substrate is arranged outside of the sealing material, the terminals of the video signal lines are led only on one side of the liquid crystal display panel PNL, and a circuit board PCB1 for driving video signals to be connected with the terminals of the video signal lines is arranged only on one side of the long side of the display panel PNL.
