PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically transmit and receive specified information when a person who transmits the information reaches a specified position or within a specified area even if the person does not know a present position by oneself or does not store the contents of a message. SOLUTION: In this method for information transmission service, an information receiving device receives identification information from an identification information transmission device 11 and transmits the identification information and position information to a server. Based on the identification information and position information, the server judges whether or not the identification information transmission device 11 reaches a registered position. When the identification information transmission device reaches the registered position, the device transmits the registered message to a message receiving device 16.
