PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to open an opening part by rotating a cover at about 140 degrees against a flexible member and further to displace the cover up to a position at 180 degrees against the case body by deforming the flexible member in elasticity. SOLUTION: The cover 3 for opening and closing the opening part 2 at the frame body 1 is supported pivotally through a supporting axle 104 at the flexible member 101 provided in a sliding state in the frame body 1.
