PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system and a desiccant-type air condi tioning unit which are efficient in cooling efficiency, by raising the recycle of heat. SOLUTION: The air conditioning system and a desiccant-type air conditioning unit used for it take in outside air and return air mixedly so as to cool air, dehumidifies the outside air with a desiccant-type air conditioning unit to supply to the main body of an air conditioner, and uses the heat heated to a high temperature by the heat medium recovered from the above air conditioner main body for heating a regenerator of the desiccant-type air conditioning unit. The desiccant-type air conditioning unit used for this system is provided.
