PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film compression equipment is provided to reduce the time required for exchanging and installing a pollution preventive element preventing the pollution of a compression tool. CONSTITUTION: An anisotropic conductive film compression equipment(700) includes a compression device including a compression tool(710) compressing an anisotropic conductive film(410); a compression tool pollution preventive element(730) having the predetermined length and feeding a pollution preventive film while passing through the space between the compression tool and the anisotropic conductive film, wherein the compression tool pollution preventive element includes first and second receiving bodies(731,732) installed at both sides of the compression tool; a first rotation shaft(734) installed at the first receiving body and winding the pollution preventive film in a roll type; a second rotating shaft(735) installed at the second receiving body and fixing the end part of the pollution preventive film after passing the lower part of the compression tool; a pollution preventive film feeding unit rotating the second rotating shaft.
