<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the dark current to be zero, and to permit the return of a microcomputer from its runaway state. SOLUTION: A PNP transistor T1 is disposed on a power supply line 13 of the microcomputer 11, and the PNP transistor T1 is turned on/turned off by switching off various kinds of switches SW1-SW3. When the PNP transistor T1 is in an OFF state, the dark current to the microcomputer 11 is set to be zero to save the power. In the runaway state of the microcomputer 11, the switches SW1-SW3 are once turned off, the power supply to the microcomputer 11 is stopped, and then, returned by turning on any one of the switches SW1-SW3.</p> |
