摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a booster circuit wherein a boost voltage is adjustable, a method for generating the boost voltage, and an integrated circuit provided therewith. SOLUTION: The booster circuit is provided with control signal generating portion, an oscillation means, and a charge pump portion. The control signal generating portion receives boost voltage and generates a control signal in response to a boost voltage select signal for adjusting the voltage value of the boost voltage. The oscillation means generates an internal clock signal pair having a complementary phase in response to the control signal. The charge pump portion individually receives the corresponding internal clock signal pair and produces the boost voltage. Thus, ripples in the boost voltage obtained from the booster circuit are reduced, and a desired boost voltage is obtained by adjusting the produced boost voltage.</p>
