PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive tape adhesive which contains a natural rubber latex and has good balanced of adhesion and anchorage. SOLUTION: The adhesive tape comprises (a) a polymer film; (b) a primer coat on the polymer film, containing a natural rubber and a crosslinked polymeric phase, and (c) an adhesive layer on the primer coat, the adhesive layer containing (i) a natural rubber latex and (ii) a tackifier.
