PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clog-free jettable fluid composition and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: According to several embodiments, the jettable fluid comprises water as the solvent, a resin-in-aqueous-emulsion having an acid number of at least 30. The jettable fluid has a pH of >=9. Further, according to another embodiment, the jettable fluid comprises water as the solvent, a resin-in-aqueous- emulsion having an acid number of <=30, an acrylic resin-in-aqueous-solution, and an alkaline agent. The resin composition of the resin-in-aqueous-emulsion and the resin-in-aqueous solution has an acid number of at least 30, and the jettable fluid has a pH of >=9. |
