SOLUTION: This fuel injection controller comprises a crank angle sensor 1 for generating a crank angle signal corresponding to the rotating angle of the internal combustion engine, various types of sensors 2 for detecting the operating statuses of the internal combustion engine, injectors 3 installed for each cylinder of the internal combustion engine and injecting fuel of a specified amount to each cylinder, a cylinder identification means 4 for identifying each cylinder based on the crank angle signal to generate cylinder identification signals, a fuel injection control means 5 for driving the injector 3 for each cylinder based on the operating statuses and cylinder identification signals, and a fuel injection amount correcting means 5 for correcting the drive time of the injectors 3 for each injection of fuel based on the crank angle signal, operating statuses, and cylinder identification signals.
