PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize lengthening a lifetime of a laser and improving reliability of a device by suppressing temperature rise of the inside of a device caused by heat generated by a movable laser section and heat generated in a disk motor and an integrated circuit. SOLUTION: Liquid ceramic is applied to nearness of a laser element being a main heating part of a disk device, a disk motor, an integrated circuit, a top plate positioned at a position opposing to them, a top cover constituting a device case, a bottom cover, a chassis, or the like.
