PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust system of a motorcycle that suppresses thermal expansion due to heat of exhaust gas in a simple structure, improves workability, and reduces cost. SOLUTION: This exhaust system 10 comprises an inner body 30 that is connected to an engine of the motorcycle 1 and constitutes an exhaust gas passage and an outer body 20 for covering the outer periphery of the inner body 30 and holding the inner body 30. The outer body 20 is formed by integrally joining two tapered outer pipes 21 and 22. In the inner body 30, two tapered inner pipes 31 and 32 are continuously disposed inside the outer body 20 with adjacent ends overlapped, and a clearance is formed between it and the inner peripheral wall of the outer body 20. Overlapping parts of the adjacent ends of the inner body 30 are faced to each other substantially in parallel.
