PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily decrease viscosity of oil in advance and then suck it with an oil pump to discharge the oil out of an engine. SOLUTION: For decreasing the viscosity of the oil, compressed air at a relatively high temperature insulated and compressed by an air compressing means is blown from a capillary tube inserted from a level gauge into the oil in an engine, tank, and the oil is forcibly mixed with the air. Simultaneously, dirt adhered to the bottom of an oil tank is also mixed by the compressed air. At this time, fine bubble of the air disperses into the oil, and the oil becomes muddy white. The viscosity of the air is low, so that the viscosity of the mixed body is considerably lower than that of the oil itself. Then, the oil is discharged from the same capillary tube out of the engine by the oil pump, thereby apparently increasing the speed of the work.
