PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly and surely engage a cover material with a transom. SOLUTION: A transom-cover material mounting structure is constituted, in such a manner that a nut N is fixed on the side lower than the lower-side receiving engaging section 31 of a bead 3 in the cover material 4 in a posture that a tapped hole is formed along the vertical direction; while a screw member B is screwed and penetrated from the lower side of the nut N; the front end of the screw member B is abutted against the underside of the lower-side receiving engaging section 31 of the bead 3; the screw member B is screwed; and the lower-side receiving engaging section 31 of the bend 3 is moved by elastic deformation by pushing up the lower-side receiving engaging section 31 of the bead 3 abutted against the front end of the screw member B and pushed against the lower-side engaging section 41 of the cover material 4 and fitted and engaged.
