PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitating machine for ground improvement capable of securely preventing corotation of improved soil in constructing an improved column body for improving soil bearing. SOLUTION: This agitating machine for ground improvement is provided with a hollow rotation shaft 10, a boring head 11 provided at a tip part of the rotation shaft 10, an agitating blade 12 provided on the rotation shaft 10 to be closer to a base end part than the boring head, plural corotation preventing shafts 14 extended to be roughly parallel to the rotation shaft 10 on the outer side of a rotation outer diameter of the agitating blade, a first and a second connection pipes 15 and 16 circularly and rotatably provided on the rotation shaft on both sides of the agitating blade 12, and plural first and second corotation preventing plates 17 and 18 connecting the connection pipes 15 and 16 to the corotation preventing shafts.
